Part-Time Companion Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant
Pay Range: $15–$17 per hour
Service Area: Cobb County and nearby communities — Mableton, Powder Springs, Austell, Smyrna, and surrounding areas
Seniors Helping Seniors® Atlanta Southwest is looking for dependable, caring individuals to provide non-medical support to older adults who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
This role is a good fit for someone who is patient, reliable, positive, and comfortable working one-on-one with seniors in a home setting. Prior caregiving experience is helpful, but we also provide training for the right person. CNA, PCA, or HHA experience is a plus, but not required.
We are currently hiring for part-time caregiver positions in Cobb County and nearby areas.

Caregivers may assist clients with a mix of companionship, household support, transportation, reminders, and personal care based on the client’s needs and the caregiver’s qualifications.
Friendly companionship and conversation

Overnight supervision
Incidental transportation to appointments, family visits, restaurants, or other approved outings

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable transportation required
Current TB screening or willingness to complete one
Ability to pass background screening and meet State of Georgia requirements
CPR and First Aid certification preferred; company-provided training may be available
CNA license is a plus
At least 6 months of experience supporting older adults is preferred, but not required for all cases
Must be dependable, respectful, patient, and able to work independently
