NOW HIRING | FULL-TIME NANNY / HOUSEHOLD MANAGER

Bayshore Nannies is currently seeking a warm, proactive, and highly dependable nanny / household manager for a wonderful Harbour Island family with three active boys, ages 9, 7, and 4.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career nanny looking for a long-term role within a respectful, well-run household that values consistency, structure, and genuine support.

Schedule:
- Flexible long-term schedule opportunity
- Two core full days per week: 6 AM – 6 PM
- These two 12-hour days will typically remain consistent week to week, with only occasional flexibility needed if the mother adjusts her schedule for events such as a child’s school activity
- The family provides schedules at least one month in advance
- Additional after-school support shifts as needed
- Family ideally anticipates around 32 hours/week, but is also open to candidates seeking approximately 28 hours or up to 40 hours for the right long-term fit
About the Role:
All three boys attend school during the day. The role includes morning school drop-offs and afternoon pickups, though the older boys may occasionally ride the bus home. During school hours on the longer days, the nanny will focus on household management responsibilities and helping the home run smoothly before the children return home for the afternoon and evening.
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle for transportation of children and errands
Responsibilities Include:
- School drop-offs & pickups
- Household organization & household flow
- Grocery shopping & household restocking
- Children’s laundry
- Light housekeeping & simple meal prep
- Supporting routines, structure, and day-to-day consistency
Compensation & Benefits:
- $30–$35/hour DOE
- Guaranteed hours
- PTO + flexible sick days
- Gas reimbursement
- Paid via W-2
