Position: Metal Tender
Location: Hastings, NE
Pay: $21.75-$28.50/hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday, 3:15 PM-1:45 AM
Some overtime may be required on Fridays from 12:45 PM-8:45 PM.
Assist with the setup and operation of die cast machines to produce high-quality aluminum parts
Tend metal melting furnaces and transfer molten aluminum safely
Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
Operate a forklift and move materials as needed
Help maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
Learn machine operation and production processes through on-the-job training
Forklift experience required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
