Housing Consultants needed in San Antonio to help families achieve their dream of home ownership and purchase manufactured homes across Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana over the phone and using video portals
Compensation: Salary + Plus Commission w/ bonus structure (It is estimated to take 3-6 months to see your first commission check)
$80,000- $130,000 is the expected amount for your first year with $185,000 plus, once your pipeline and industry knowledge have developed in year 2.
Braustin Homes is an online mobile home retailer. We are a tech heavy sales organization that is disrupting an outdated industry by selling manufactured homes online, over the phone, and with video conferencing.
With the backing of Braustin Homes' industry leading marketing team, who brings in the warmest of leads, you will assist the hardest working, salt of the earth families achieve their dream of home ownership in an honest way.
You will be selling over the phone. Nearly all of the families you help will never meet you in person. They will either be video conferencing you in one of the many virtual sales dealerships we are strategically building across Texas, or from our website in the comfort of their home.
As a full time member of Braustin Home’s sales team you will be will working closely with an extremely energetic and disciplined group that is determined to change an industry nationwide. You will assist families with the purchasing, building, and site work process for a new home.
Schedule:
You will either work a shift of Sunday-Thursday (Off Friday and Saturday) or Tuesday-Saturday (Off Sunday and Monday)
9-7 : Mon- Thursday
9-5 Saturday or Sunday
