Well established and busy shop, seeking skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Makers. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and assembling, start to finish, commercial grade PL. Lam. Cabinetry and/or reception desk fabrication with precision and craftsmanship. Custom solid surface fabrication and custom woodworking experience is a plus. Duties
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and fixtures.
- Fabricate cabinets, woodwork, and related components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to power tool safety protocols and construction site safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cabinet making within the commercial construction or restoration industry.
- Strong ability to read construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, chisels; power tools including sanders, routers;
- Familiarity with heavy lifting procedures and safe handling of materials.
