Key Responsibilities
- Diverse Farm Tasks: Perform a wide scope of hands-on labor essential to our active farm operations.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize and maintain specialized coffee and macadamia nut processing equipment (we provide full training).
- Target-Driven Production: Work efficiently and accurately to meet daily production targets and maintain high product consistency.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with coworkers to optimize processing methods and constantly enhance overall farm productivity.

Requirements
- Core Experience: Solid background in general labor, farm labor, or agricultural product processing.
- Fast-Paced Execution: Proven ability to work quickly and accurately under tight production deadlines.

- Strong Soft Skills: Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Reliability: Consistent daily attendance, dependable personal transportation, and the ability to work independently.
