Early Childhood Lead Teacher – NYS Certified
Are you a passionate educator ready to inspire young minds? We’re seeking a dedicated NY Certified Lead Teacher to join our preschool team and create a warm, engaging classroom where children thrive through play, exploration, and discovery.
In this role, you’ll develop and deliver creative, developmentally appropriate lessons across subjects like literacy, math, science, and the arts. You’ll support children’s cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth, manage the classroom with compassion and consistency, and build strong, collaborative relationships with families.
Requirements:
- NYS Teaching Certification in Early Childhood (B–2, N–6, or 1–6)
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Classroom experience with young children
- Strong knowledge of child development and effective classroom practices
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
