We’re hiring a Project Coordinator because we’ve grown!
We’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, improve processes, and make the team stronger. In this role, you will own the systems, coordination, and project flow that keeps our construction projects organized from contract to closeout.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally enjoys creating order, improving systems, takes pride in getting the details right, and keeping projects moving behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized project management systems
- Drive project startup workflows and ensure projects launch cleanly
- Organize, track, and follow up on trade bids and material quotes
- Compile bid comparisons and supporting documentation for project decisions
- Track material orders through confirmed delivery to jobsites
- Coordinate vendor agreements, insurance, and compliance documentation
- Support change orders, invoicing, and warranty coordination
- Build and manage Weekly Job Health meeting agendas and follow-ups
- Support Site Supervisors with specialty orders and office coordination
- Review production team time entries for accuracy
- Assist with pre-construction coordination and contract administration
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in project coordination, operations support, project administration, or similar roles
- Construction experience preferred
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
- Strong attention to detail and process consistency
- Able to manage multiple moving parts without losing track of priorities
- Naturally proactive notices gaps and solves problems early
- Comfortable working with project data, budgets, schedules, and systems
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and project management software

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a coordination, project admin, or operations support role
- Construction experience preferred, or the ability to quickly learn and operate within a construction environment
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills
- Comfort working with numbers, budgets, and project data
- Working knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office

- Location: Green Bay, WI (primarily office-based, occasional jobsite visits)
- Status: Full-time
- Pay: 50,000-67,000
