Our quickly growing law firm is looking to hire an experienced bilingual paralegal/case manager. We are looking for individuals who learn quickly, work well under pressure, and are personable. Our personal injury law firm specializes in auto accidents and we predominantly work with Spanish speaking clientele. We are looking for someone who cares about people and making sure that our clients get the legal representation they deserve. We pride ourselves on having a great work environment and are looking to find a great addition to our legal team!
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in personal injury
- Experience preparing demands
- Proven experience managing cases independently
- High proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft, Etc.
- Strong experience with Filevine
- At least two professional references or letters of recommendation
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload
- Experience drafting legal correspondence
- Paralegal certificate (preferred, not required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
- Exposure to high-value commercial and complex cases
- Excellent client communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English language proficiency required
- Works well with others
- Customer service skills
