The role of the Executive Chef
- Provide leadership and management for the Kitchen Department
- Coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees in the Kitchen Department
- Effectively plan and develop menus for the hotel and restaurant considering factors such as product Restaurant theme-Steak House, availability, food and service cost
