About the Position: Material Handler
We are seeking a mature, dependable, and detail-oriented Material Handler to support daily warehouse and field operations. This role is essential in ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are accurately tracked, properly stored, and delivered to job sites in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.

Receive, store, issue, and track materials and equipment.

Perform daily loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.

Operate and update inventory transactions using computerized inventory management and logging systems.

Prepare materials for shipment and coordinate deliveries to job sites and field personnel.

Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas in a safe and efficient manner.

Coordinate material movement between warehouses, staging areas, and project locations.

Assist with reconciling inventory discrepancies and documenting material usage.

Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and material handling requirements.
Qualifications

1–2 years of warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and logging.

Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
