We are currently hiring a Temporary Yard Worker to assist with daily operations at our facility.
The Yard Laborer will help maintain an organized, clean, and safe work yard while supporting the preparation and movement of materials and equipment.
Primary responsibilities include:
Building and assembling cages
Cleaning and organizing the yard
Loading and unloading trucks
Moving, stacking, and organizing materials
Assisting with general yard and shop duties as needed
Maintaining a safe and orderly work area
Following all company safety procedures
This is an entry-level position. No previous experience is required, although experience with outdoor labor, construction, warehouse work, or material handling is a plus.
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Dependable and punctual
Effective communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as daily needs change
The following experience is helpful but not required:
Construction or general labor experience
Loading and unloading materials
Using hand and power tools
Operating equipment
Reading a tape measure
Ability to perform manual labor in an outdoor environment
Ability to work in heat, sun, cold, and rain
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, and lift throughout the workday
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance
Ability to work safely around trucks, equipment, and moving machinery

The employee will frequently be required to stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, grasp tools, and use their hands and arms to move or assemble materials.
