US Sales Representative – Recruitment Services
Our company is currently expanding our Sales Department and looking for highly motivated sales professionals to promote and sell our recruitment services to employers across the United States.
This is outbound sales position focused on lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and closing service agreements. We are looking for individuals who are confident on the phone, results-driven, and experienced in B2B sales.
Work schedule follows US Central Standard Time (CST), so applicants must be available to work during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
· Research and identify potential US-based employer leads
· Conduct outbound cold calls and sales outreach
· Present and explain the company’s recruitment and staffing services
· Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners
· Handle objections professionally and negotiate service terms
· Close deals and secure signed client agreements
· Maintain basic sales tracking and follow-up records
Qualifications
· Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and minimal accent
· Strong confidence and professionalism during phone conversations
· Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or cold calling
· Experience selling to US-based clients is highly preferred
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
· Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
· Available to start immediately and work CST hours
