What You’ll Do
➢ Perform Expert Repairs: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of RV systems—including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, and structural components.
➢ Inspect and Troubleshoot: Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues, determine repair needs, and recommend solutions that align with The RV Shop’s standards.
➢ Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with Service Advisors, Foremen, and other Technicians to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
➢ Deliver Quality Workmanship: Complete repairs with precision and pride, ensuring every RV meets our “10 out of 10 or we do it again” standard.
➢ Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
➢ Support Continuous Improvement: Offer feedback on recurring issues and contribute ideas for improving shop processes and efficiency.
➢ Represent the Brand: Interact professionally with customers and team members, reflecting The RV Shop’s commitment to hospitality and excellence.
Who You Are
➢ A skilled, hands-on technician with a passion for quality and precision.
➢ Experienced in RV, automotive, marine, or similar technical repair fields.
➢ Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and driven to get the job done right the first time.
➢ A strong team player who communicates clearly and works well under pressure.
➢ A professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
➢ RVIA certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
