Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to inform treatment plans.
- Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform catheterizations following aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures such as laboratory specimen collection, phlebotomy, sonography, and wound suturing.
- Manage patient care in various settings including emergency rooms, intensive care units (ICU), neonatal units, and outpatient clinics.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner to document medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Provide patient education on medication administration, pain management, nutrition, and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop discharge plans, coordinate case management efforts, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards including HIPAA and NCQA standards.
Experience
- Valid licensure as an LPN or RN with current state certification or licensing required.
- Experience working in diverse clinical environments such as hospital medicine, emergency medicine, ICU/trauma centers (Level I or II trauma experience preferred), or long-term care facilities.
- Proficiency in advanced nursing skills including IV insertion, ventilator management, tube feeding, ostomy care, and infection control practices.
- Familiarity with medical coding systems such as ICD-10/ICD-9 and CPT coding for documentation accuracy.
- Prior experience in specialized areas such as cardiology (cardiac catheterization), ophthalmology (botulinum toxin treatments), behavioral health, geriatrics (memory care), or hospice & palliative medicine is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring complex acute pain management.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology knowledge, trauma medicine protocols, and emergency response procedures including neonatal resuscitation procedures.

Pay: $22.00 - $51.00 per hour
