Home Investments is a Portsmouth-based residential restoration and construction company serving the greater Hampton Roads region. With 10+ years of steady growth, the company has developed strong B2B restoration partnerships while expanding into roofing, plumbing, and residential direct-to-consumer services. The next stage of the business is focused on strategic diversification, leadership development, and operational scaling.
This is a foundational leadership hire intended to help build and scale an in-house plumbing division. In this role, you will lead installations across restoration, remodeling, and new construction projects. The position requires independent execution, leadership ability, and a mindset geared toward growth.
- Perform residential plumbing installations and remodeling work
- Lead and mentor junior technicians or helpers
- Coordinate with project management and subcontractors
- Ensure code compliance and quality standards are maintained
- Support the continued growth of the plumbing service line
- 4 to 7 or more years of residential plumbing experience in new construction or remodeling
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Clean driving record, with company van provided
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
- Full-time, W-2 position
- 40 hours per week
- No emergency call rotation
- Pay range of $70,000-$100,000+ annually, depending on experience
