Compensation Breakdown:
- Hourly Rate: $30-$45 Depending on experience
- Annual Range: $60,000 - $100,000
- Performance Bonuses: 3% commissions on sales of additional work to projects
- End of year bonuses
Location: Mantua, Ohio
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Thursday 6:30am - 5pm (10-11 hour days)
- Fridays as needed

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in restoration masonry
- Personal values align with RAM Values
- Highly organized with the ability to keep a job on schedule by hitting daily goals
- Able to break down a large job into checkpoints
- Clear, confident communicator with crews, customers, and managers
- Maintain Professional, clean image
- Creatively solve issues as they arise on the job by creating multiple options
- Comfortable recommending solutions, not just identifying problems
- Attention to detail, notices small issues that could cause delays or compliance problems
- Handles last-minute changes, urgent issues, and shifting priorities calmly
- Can adjust to a new plan when a problem arises with a positive attitude
- When poor weather hits, ability to adjust job set up to continue work
- Dependable, consistent, and able to handle sensitive information
- Builds trust with the Field Supervisor & Owners

- Proficient Brick layer
- Proficient Tuck Pointing Skill○ Can tuck point to match existing work in color and texture

Ray Arnold Masonry is looking for a Crew Leader ready to keep the crew fired up, the projects moving, and the reputation rock solid. Core Responsibilities:
- Complete high quality masonry jobs to the quoted specifications and building code requirements
- Complete jobs within production hour targets
- Communicate transparently with customer on job schedule, and any job changes
- Communicate and lead crews well○ Maintain RAM culture○ Train and maintain quality standards of crew○ Solve conflicts
- Update daily job logs with photos, purchase orders, etc.
- Attend weekly Crew Leader Meetings
- Sell additional work opportunities to customers -with support from Field Supervisor/Sales staff
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
