What You’ll Do as a General Manager

Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness

Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall financial performance

Monitor KPIs, including sales, payroll, and operational efficiency
-
Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture

Oversee cash handling, budgeting, and reporting
-
Resolve guest concerns and ensure a top-tier dining experience
-
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
-
Support local marketing and promotional initiatives

Step into FOH/BOH roles as needed to support the team
What You Bring as a General Manager

Proven restaurant management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Experience with P&L and cost control

Inventory processes, counting, and analysis

Schedule writing, sales forecasting, and hourly wage and labor management
-
Proficiency with restaurant systems and Microsoft Office
