Pay: $45–$55/hour | New Grads Welcome
Hours: 40 Hours a week with optional flex on weekends

About the Role
As our Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapy services to improve ADLs and physical/cognitive function
- Conduct standardized assessments and document progress accurately
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care
- Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
- Supervise OTAs, rehab aides, or students as needed
- Participate in care planning meetings, in-services, and facility events
What We’re Looking For
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligible)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
