- Review and process billing transactions with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with company policies and payer requirements.
- Reconcile financial data and investigate discrepancies between internal systems and external partners.
- Prepare adjustments, refunds, and corrections as needed to maintain clean, audit-ready records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and external partners to resolve account variances.
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing workflows and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data in accordance with corporate standards.
- 2+ years of billing, accounting, or reconciliation experience within healthcare or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, billing software, spreadsheets, and general financial systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, accountability, and process improvement.
