Tri-Township Jr-Sr High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Middle School AND Varsity Softball Coach to lead our teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching softball, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions for our Junior High and High School Programs.

Develop game strategies and conduct pre-game and post-game analysis.

Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.

Mentor and support student-athletes in their academic and athletic development.

Ensure adherence to all relevant rules and regulations.

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
Qualifications (Recommended):

Previous coaching experience at the middle school, high school, or collegiate level.

Strong knowledge of softball techniques, rules, and strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes.
-
Commitment to the academic success and personal growth of players.
