Trade Express USA is looking for creative Social Media Content Creators to join our growing beauty team and help create engaging content across TikTok and Instagram.
We are hiring for two beauty brands:
- A European makeup brand featuring trend-driven cosmetics, lip products, nail products, and beauty essentials.
- A European skincare and self-tanning brand focused on glow, skincare routines, body care, and beauty education.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands social media culture, enjoys experimenting with content ideas, and knows how to create authentic beauty content that connects with customers.
This role is perfect for a beauty lover, aspiring creator, marketing student, UGC creator, or freelancer looking to gain hands-on experience creating content for established beauty brands.
A large following is not required. We are looking for creativity, confidence, and someone who understands what makes great content.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Film beauty tutorials, product demonstrations, GRWMs, unboxings, and trend-based content
- Create engaging product photography, lifestyle images, and Instagram content
- Develop creative content ideas based on trends, launches, and customer interests
- Demonstrate beauty products in an engaging and educational way
- Help showcase product benefits, application techniques, and customer experiences
- Participate in scheduled content filming days at our office/content space
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns
- Edit and organize content using preferred editing tools
- Adapt content ideas across multiple social platforms
- Stay updated on current beauty trends, creators, and social media best practices
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves beauty, makeup, skincare, and social media
- Has experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or other social platforms
- Feels comfortable being on camera and demonstrating products
- Has a strong eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics
- Understands current social media trends and short-form video formats
- Has basic video editing skills using apps such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe, or similar tools
- Is creative, organized, reliable, and open to experimenting with new ideas
Experience in beauty content creation, UGC, social media marketing, photography, or video production is preferred but not required.
Content Creation Setup
The brand provides:
- Beauty products for content creation
- A dedicated office/content space
- Creative direction and brand education
- Lighting, tripods, props, and content resources
Candidates should have access to:
- A smartphone capable of recording high-quality video
- Basic editing tools or apps

Schedule & Location
This is a flexible part-time/freelance position based in Mount Prospect, IL.
Content creation days and project schedules will be planned based on brand needs and freelancer availability.
