Shift Leaders will help our Crews provide exceptional customer service to our guest while taking them through an assembly line of maximum flavor in a relaxing environment.
- Arriving to open the store and start preparations for the day.
- Ensuring store closing preparations are done and doors are locked.
- Assisting with customer service.
- Ensuring that the store is clean and organized.
- Assisting crews in periods of high customer volume.
- Supervising and assisting in the daily cleaning tasks
- Identifying problems with working conditions and reporting them to upper management.
- Offering support and training to new employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
