- Compensation: First-year producers typically earn $90K–$100K, including uncapped commissions and renewal income starting in year two.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experienced producers: 2+ years in financial services experience with an established book of business
- Career changers: 4+ years of success in a prior field preferably in sales or business development.
