We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, and easy-going Dental Hygienist to join our team. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a new graduate, we welcome you to apply.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: From $55.00 per hour, with additional bonus pay based on production goals.
- Clinical Hours: Monday–Wednesday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Thursday (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
- Total Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week for full-time.
- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time.
A State-of-the-Art Environment

- Digital Workflow: Intraoral scanners and cameras, CBCT, and digital radiographs.
- Advanced Equipment: CEREC Crowns, Sprintray Printers, and an NV pro Soft tissue laser.
- Updated Tools: New Cavitrons and updated personalized hygiene instrument kits.
- Software: Experience using Open Dental and Dexis is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent hygiene care, including cleanings, exams, and preventive treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices to promote long-term health.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hygiene techniques and practices.

Qualifications
- Valid Dental Hygiene license in the state of Oregon.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-player mentality and a patient-focused heart.
