Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across various facilities, ensuring every space reflects our commitment to cleanliness and professionalism. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a healthy atmosphere for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Work must be done during business hours. Two days per week with 4 to 5 hour shifts.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents or contamination
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and protocols to maximize efficiency and consistency
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to support facility upkeep
- You will be working during daytime hours so good customer service and friendliness is required.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Allow location services on your mobile device to clock in and out of work site
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and safety
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling practices and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Reliable transportation or access to the work site as required
