Our Resident Aides play an important role in helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while building meaningful relationships every day.

What You'll Do
As a Resident Aide, you will:
- Assist residents with personal cares and activities of daily living according to their individualized care plans
- Administer medications as assigned
- Plan and participate in resident activities and engagement
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Encourage residents to remain as independent as possible
- Serve meals and assist with light housekeeping and apartment restocking
- Communicate with team members to provide the highest quality of care
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must successfully pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study
- No previous experience required—we provide all necessary training
