Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid licensure or certification as an SLP-CCC or SLPA, with experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Understanding of best practices in speech-language pathology within educational environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students across middle and high school grades
- Commitment to building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Adaptability and organization in managing a varied caseload
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and deliver individualized intervention plans targeting each student’s unique goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and communications
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations as required
- Engage with parents and guardians to encourage active participation in students’ development
- Stay current with best practices and compliance requirements for school-based SLP services
