Key Qualifications:

- Previous work in educational settings, particularly middle/high school, is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and contribute to IEP teams
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to students on a middle/high school caseload
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language disorders
- Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain student records according to school and professional standards
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Provide guidance on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) when appropriate
