Strawberry Point Lutheran Home is looking for a dedicated CNA to join our Memory Care Manor, a 16-bed unit specializing in care for residents with dementia. In this role, you will provide compassionate care in a secure environment, helping residents engage in activities that support their well-being and quality of life.
This is a full-time day shift position, perfect for CNAs who thrive in a supportive team environment and enjoy working independently.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $18.00–$19.50

Schedule

Shifts: 6 AM – 6 PM (36 hours/week)

Requirements

Current CNA certificate in Iowa

Experience in memory care or skilled nursing preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and attention to resident needs

Able to work independently and as part of the care team
