As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in driving daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience. This is more than a job. What You'll Do
- Lead by example and inspire a team of energetic Crew Members.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Help drive park performance through strong leadership and operational excellence.
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and leaves excited to return.
- Support daily operations, attractions, food and beverage areas, and special events.
- Monitor team performance and provide real-time feedback and recognition.
- Assist with staffing, training, and maintaining a positive team culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
- Partner with park leadership to achieve business goals and deliver results.
