*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. We are currently operating as a mobile outpatient clinic, meaning the therapist will be seeing patients within their homes. The ideal canidate will have experience with both manual therapy as well as standard PT practice.
*Responsibilities*
- Evaluate patients' abilities and develop a customized treatment plan
- Help patients with activities opf daily living and recovering from injuries/surgery
- Provide guidance to family members on how to support patients' progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
-Must have a valid PT license in the state of Ohio, and be in good standing with the PT board.
*Skills/Requirements*
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Strong case management skills
-Strong communciation skills
-A valid driver's license and vehicle to travel to patient homes
Pay: $37.00 - $47.00 per hour
