Job Description
1) Provides direct patient care as defined in State's Name Nurse Practice Act
2) Implement plan of care initiated by DON or clinical supervisor
3) Provides accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care
4) Uses equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.
5) Collaborates and coordinates with other departments to provide timely effective care consistent with individual's needs. choices and preferences
Qualifications
· Must be a licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of California
· Must have a current/valid CPR License
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Computer proficiency for documentation purposes
· Experience working in a Sub-Acute is preferred but not required
· Experience working with Pointclickcare a plus

NOC SHIFT: WEEKENDS (SATURDAY-SUNDAY)
AM(6:30AM-3:00PM)
PM (2:30PM-11:00PM)
NOC (10:30PM-7:000AM)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $39.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
