San Tan Charter School is seeking a high-performing, student-centered 3rd Grade Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities
- Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned science instruction aligned to Arizona standards
Instructional Expectations
- Strong emphasis on hands-on learning, labs, and student inquiry
- Ability to make science relevant, engaging, and connected to real-world applications
- Proven ability to drive high levels of student engagement and accountability
- Commitment to building foundational knowledge for high school science success
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Science, or related field
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to teach middle school science content effectively
Preferred:
- 3+ years of classroom experience
- Strong background in literacy education
- Experience with lab-based instruction and classroom management at the middle school level
- Demonstrated success with student achievement data

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
