Northwestern Mutual - The South Florida Group is seeking a driven, energetic, and relationship-focused Campus Recruiter to help attract top student talent into our internship and full-time Financial Representative programs. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just a recruiting position. What You'll DoRecruit Top Talent
- Source and identify high-potential college students and recent graduates
- Conduct first-round interviews and evaluate candidates
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process from initial outreach to offer
Develop Campus Relationships
- Build partnerships with university career centers, professors, student organizations, and campus leaders
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and university recruiting programs
- Create and execute campus recruiting strategies to increase Northwestern Mutual's visibility
Build Referral Networks
- Partner with advisors, interns, alumni, and Centers of Influence (COIs) to generate referrals
- Create ongoing talent pipelines through networking and relationship-building
- Leverage personal and professional networks to identify qualified candidates
Market Career Opportunities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and other sourcing platforms
- Manage recruiting campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Promote internship and career opportunities through social media and campus events

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to build relationships and influence others
- Comfortable networking and engaging with new people
- Goal-oriented and driven by results
- Previous recruiting, sales, marketing, admissions, or relationship management experience is a plus
