About the Role
We are looking for friendly and flexible Customer Service Associates to join our team in a unique café and garden center environment. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service while working in a variety of settings—from preparing coffee and food in the café to assisting customers with plants and retail products in the garden center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light café food items.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service in both the café and garden center.
- Assist with stocking, pricing, and merchandising of products.
- Water and maintain plants to ensure quality and presentation.
- Support general upkeep of café and retail areas.
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Schedule: Full and Part-Time Positions Available (24–40 hours per week)
- Typical shifts may include (but not limited to):
- 8:00am–4:00pm
- 10:00am–3:30pm
- 6:30am–2:30pm
- 11:30am–7:30pm
- Must be available for daytime, weekend and lunch coverage.
Qualifications
- Previous café, retail, or customer service experience a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn barista and food prep skills.
- Interest in gardening and retail is helpful.
- Friendly, reliable, and flexible team player.
