Duties
- Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food service, kitchen management, and customer interactions
- Lead staff training and development to ensure high standards of hospitality, food safety, and service delivery
- Manage shift schedules, oversee food preparation, and ensure efficient kitchen workflows
- Control inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage food ordering using POS systems
- Handle cash transactions accurately, reconcile daily sales, and maintain financial records
- Enforce health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety
- Oversee catering, banquet events, or bar services as applicable to enhance guest experiences
Experience
- Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments with a focus on food industry best practices
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations within hospitality settings
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training, team management, and interviewing candidates
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control procedures, and budgeting principles
- Experience in fine dining or hotel environments is a plus; familiarity with catering or banquet services is advantageous
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
