ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Communicate and works with all support staff to ensure expo area and service stations are properly stocked and prepared for operations.

Prepares and delivers all products according to the order, focusing on fast and accurate order location (table #) and server’s name.

Communicates with management and service staff immediately to rectify any and all guest needs and requests or incidents.

Adheres to all established policies, procedures and guidelines.

Works with sense of urgency to anticipate guest needs and other team members, when the opportunity arises.

Reports any incidents of theft, vandalism, violation of house rules, breaches of security and safety regulations to management immediately.

Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.

Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary.
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight-hour shift and work inside assigned area in the venue.

Must be physically able to walk without assistance on a varied surfaces for and extended period of time, able to lift up to 70 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.

Attends and participates in daily pre-shifts and other scheduled meetings.

Performs assigned side work.

Must be able to work in a fast pace and high –volume environment, in the presence of areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, bright lights, sun, rain and dust; and communicate during this time, sometimes within a small area.

Acts as an ambassador of the venue, marketing the venue and all products offered to the targeted customer base.

Provides help and support to all fellow team members.
