Regional Consultant
Certified Assisted Living Administrator and Registered Nurse NJ Licensed Required
Everest Management Solutions has an excellent opportunity available for a Regional Consultant with an active CALA license and a NJ state RN license to join our team. If you enjoy both the operational and clinical side of Assisted Living and excel in running a Plan of Correction (POC), we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification:
- Valid Assisted Living Administrator Certification.
- Valid RN license in the state employed.
- Valid CPR certification.
Experience:
- Both operations and clinical experience in an assisted living facility
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Skilled in directing and motivating the workforce.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to organize and prioritize.
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
