Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Accounting Coordinator and become a vital part of our financial operations! This energetic role offers the opportunity to manage essential accounting functions, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support the overall health of our organization’s financial systems. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate smooth financial processes and uphold compliance with accounting standards. All duties are performed in a manner that is consistent with the goals and policies of the company, as well as in compliance with ISO standards. Duties
- Supports month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries (Prepaid, Accrued, etc.)
- Processes AP invoices for payment, issues payment, creates AP packets, and maintains vendor files.
- Processes AR invoices, records corresponding data on Excel spreadsheets. Prepares invoice for distribution and files all AR packets.
- Records AR payments and applies prepayments to prepayment invoices.
- Calculates/verifies accounting month-end reports and documents; AP accruals, Freight Quarterly report, Use Tax Reports, and AR Aging report.
- Reviews, records, monitors capital assets and depreciation schedules and performs capital asset audits.
- Collects and updates Certificate of Liability Insurance records on vendors.
- Runs other occasional errands, as applicable.
- Performs Administrative duties which may include; managing reception desk, handling the main phone line, and managing breakroom supplies.
Other Skills
- Japanese bilingual (preferred)
- V-Lookup and Pivot Table Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (required)
- ERP system experience (preferred)

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
