We are seeking a hands-on, motivated 3rd Shift Production Lead to support and guide production operations within a Hudsonville, MI manufacturing company. In this role, you’ll lead a team, assist machine operators, perform quality inspection checks, utilize computer systems, and create labels while ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards remain high. You’ll play a key role in training team members, improving processes, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys leading by example, solving problems on the floor, and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team.
What the Job Entails:
- Provide leadership to a small production team
- Operate machines
- Assist in troubleshooting machines
- Enter data into computer systems
- Create labels with accuracy
- Perform quality checks
- Ensure production timelines are met
- Provide training for new and existing employees.
- Ensure work areas are consistently organized, safe, and efficient.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Experience within a similar manufacturing role
- Ability to operate hi-lo or forklift machinery (or a willingness to learn)
- Proven leadership experience (2+ years)
- CNC Machine experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements, etc.)
- Ability to lift 25-50lbs regularly

Shift & Pay Details:
- $25 per hour, depending on experience
- 3rd Shift: 7:30pm-6am, Monday-Thursday
