Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Senior Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled plumber who takes pride in solving complex problems, mentoring other technicians, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As a Senior Technician, you will lead by example in the field-handling advanced diagnostic and repair work, supporting and coaching junior technicians, and helping ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, developing your teammates, and contributing to the continued growth of our business..
Duties
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Handle complex service calls, troubleshooting, and difficult customer situations
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor for apprentice and junior technicians
- Assist with ride-alongs, field training, and ongoing technician development
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and share best practices with the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience (lead technician experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading or mentoring other technicians
- Proven ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position
