Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer / Admin to spearhead the design, development, and management of advanced customer journey analytics solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to harness data visualization, business intelligence tools, and analytics platforms to deliver actionable insights that enhance customer experiences. Your expertise will drive the development of comprehensive dashboards, reports, and data models that support strategic decision-making across marketing, sales, and customer service teams. Duties
- Lead the development and administration of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Drive architecture, implementation and governance of CJA solutions
- Lead Connections, Data Views, Identify Services and XDM schema design
- Design and implement complex data models, data visualizations, and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and Adobe Analytics to provide clear insights into customer behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications for analytics solutions.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance of analytics applications.
- Ensure data quality, reporting consistency and end to end analytics delivery
- Document technical specifications using tools like Visio; perform requirements analysis; support dashboard development for real-time reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) platform, AEP, Adobe Analytics, WebSDK, and Tags(Launch)
- Deep understanding of Identity Graph, XDM schemas and data modeling
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Adobe Analytics or similar business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Extensive knowledge of SDLC practices combined with experience in software development lifecycle analysis for analytics projects.
- Expertise in SQL databases including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle; skilled in query management and database design principles.
- Demonstrated ability in data model design; strong analysis skills; proficiency with data visualization techniques for impactful reporting.
- Familiarity with Linked Data concepts; understanding of business intelligence strategies; experience working within Agile project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for diverse audiences.
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
