Kickback Jack’s is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about leading and developing a team, creating exceptional guest experiences, and delivering consistent results in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The Role
As a Restaurant Manager – Service & Guest Experience, you’ll take ownership of front-of-house operations while developing a team capable of delivering great hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You’ll lead key areas of the restaurant , dining room, host, and bar operations, all while maintaining service-level standards and the accountability that drives both an exceptional guest experience and strong restaurant performance.
What You’ll Own
- Daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant
- Overall guest experience and service standards
- Dining room, host, and bar execution
- Front-of-house staffing, training, coaching, and ongoing development
- Building an engaged, accountable, high-performing team
- Team development – coaching in real time to improve performance & celebrating/rewarding team members who excel.
- Guest recovery and creating positive solutions when necessary to create guests-for-life.
- Labor management and front-of-house productivity
- Cleanliness, organization, and restaurant readiness
- Execution against restaurant performance and budget goals
- Creating a positive, energetic, results-driven service culture
What We’re Looking For
Our strongest candidates are experienced restaurant leaders who:
- Have restaurant management or comparable hospitality leadership experience
- Have experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Understand all front-of-house operations, including: dining room, host, and bar
- Are passionate about delivering top-of-the-line hospitality and passionate about teaching it to others
- Can recruit, train, coach, and retain strong team members
- Communicate clearly and are comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback
- Lead with urgency, accountability, and a positive attitude
- Can balance the needs of the guest, the team, and the business
- Take pride in both the results they produce and the people they develop
- Growth-minded & invested in their own development as a part of joining a successful organization and team.
Your Performance Is Rewarded
We believe great leaders become even more valuable as they grow with us and we are proud two offer both a tenure-based bonus program and a performance-based bonus program.
In addition to competitive base compensation, our Restaurant Managers have the opportunity to earn quarterly performance bonuses based on restaurant level performance and overall financial management.
We also offer a retention bonus totaling an additional $20,000 spread over your first five years of employment, on top of base salary and earned quarterly bonuses.
