Maintenance Mechanic

Position Summary
Two Rivers Premium Oils, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support safe, reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities. This position performs troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical and facility systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Maintain conveying systems, gear reducers, and drive components
- Perform periodic maintenance on rolling stock and plant equipment
- Maintain air systems including cooling fans, pneumatic conveying, instrument air, and blowdown air
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of electrical distribution and control systems
- Maintain steam generation, distribution, and condensate return systems
- Support plant startup, improvement projects, and general maintenance needs
- Assist with plant and yard cleanup as required
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Basic math skills preferred
- Heavy equipment training certification required through Two Rivers Premium Oils
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment and work independently
- Team-oriented mindset and strong safety awareness
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Work from ladders and elevated walkways
- Work in dusty, noisy, and varying temperature environments
- Stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
- Ability to hear and respond to alarms and equipment warnings
Work Schedule
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing facility with moving machinery, dust, noise, and temperature extremes. PPE required.

Experience:
- Millwright: 4 years (Preferred)
