We are searching for a Full Time Registered Nurse who will operate as part of a physician team within our practice. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for direct patient care as well as telephone assistance with patients, are required to update patient records, provide basic patient care as ordered, and administer medications and treatments as directed. Travel to all five offices is a requirement: West Hartford, Simsbury, Manchester, Middletown, Hamden.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and Immunotherapy injections
- Documents assessments, interventions, patient/family responses, and medication dispensed/prescribed.
- Promotes wellness by providing patient education materials, communicating physician advice/instructions.
- Work with skilled nursing team to fill allergy shot prescriptions.
- Prior authorization and refill requests for infusion and injectable therapies.
- Responsible for patient management and education during the oral immunotherapy process.
- Adheres to infection control/safety guidelines and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an approved registered nursing program.
- High level of professionalism
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
