Position Overview: The AT&T Sales Representative will be responsible for developing long lasting relationships between our clients and customers. You will receive paid training on sales and customer relationship management. We are looking for competitive, hard-working and most importantly motivated people who want to jump start their career by building the foundation of what it takes to be a leader.
Training and daily responsibilities:
- Focus on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our clients
- Customer relationship management
- Develop skills necessary to communicate and educate on client’s portfolio of vast products and services
- Brand marketing directly to customers one-on-one within our retail partnership locations
- Deliver face to face sales presentations in order to generate account acquisitions and build customer rapport
- Maintain sales reports and records using Salesforce
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators

Compensation: The $65,000.00- $80,000.00 range is a combination of base, commission, and bonuses. Uncapped commission is offered once promoted out of entry level.
We currently handle campaigns for well established, blue chip companies in the following industries: telecommunications, high speed internet & fiber optics.
We do NOT engage in any telephone sales, door to door sales, or graphic design.
