**Job Description:**
You will be at the forefront of delivering a Rocky Mountain shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist customers using a confident and helpful demeanor.
- Offer product knowledge and recommendations.
-Operate the cash register with precision and handle transactions efficiently.
- Retrieve and reshelve inventory.
- Restock shelves and bins and maintaining a clean, organized store.
- Craft visually appealing displays to showcase our candy collections.
- Participate in special promotions and seasonal events.
- Process incoming shipments
-Confront shoplifters with authority. Recover merchandise when safe to do so.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- A passion for candy and a love for the extraordinary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Can you perform math that is typical in a retail environment and make change?
- You must have great interpersonal skills. This is not a job where you can sit behind a register & ring up sales all day. You must have great customer service skills the ability willingness to take the initiative to make upsell recommendations. Does this capture your personality?
- You must agree to & pass a background check and drug test prior to employment.
- You must have reliable transportation to our stores in Colorado springs and Manitou Springs. Do you have?
