Two of our most prestigious Commercial Real Estate/Property Management Investment conglomerate (Positions located in Nassau County, Long Island) now seeks hands-on entrepreneur with experience in commercial property management and real estate as well as large retail shopping centers and mixed-use developments. Serve as the primary liaison between national/regional retailers and landlords. Ability to read and understand commercial leases as well as preparing lease abstracts for new tenants. Experience with Yardi is preferred but not required. Handle the daily administration, financial operations, and physical maintenance extensive commercial real estate portfolio. Act as primary point of contact for commercial tenants and respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns. Read, interpret, and administer commercial leases. Negotiate lease renewals and assist with lease administration. Responsible for coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital projects. Oversee rent collection, track accounts receivable, and manage property expenses. Prepare and manage annual property operating budgets and control costs. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of work. Oversee tenant and property insurance compliance. Manage a diverse commercial portfolio, including both NNN (Triple Net) tenants. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ownership groups, vendors, and property management clients. Maintain accurate records and documentation within the property management software. Assist with special projects and day-to-day property operations as needed. Ensure the property is operated in compliance with local commercial building codes, zoning laws, and Fair Housing regulations when applicable. Must have strong communication ,presentation, writing and organizations skills. MS suite. Yardi a plus. Excellent benefits and flexible work hours.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
