Position Overview: The Driver Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and assisting to qualify candidates to satisfy the drivers needs and capacity needs for the Regions.

Source, recruit, and help the Processors with qualifying drivers

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of drivers to support current and future hiring needs

Make outbound calls and respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes within Tenstreet

Manage time efficiently to handle incoming recruiting calls, text messages, emails, and Teams messages

Guide applicants through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through qualification approval

Lead and participate in 1-2 weekly pipeline review calls with your assigned Region(s) to discuss candidate status, hiring challenges, and location needs

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with your Region

Communicate regularly with your Region regarding open positions, hiring priorities, and recruitment process

Review applications, third-party screening reports, MVR, employment verifications, and other qualification documents to ensure compliance with company standards

Other duties will be assigned as needed
Job Requirements:
-
2 years or more experience in driver recruiting

Experience using Tenstreet platform
-
Proficient in DOT and FMCSA Regulations
-
Strong communication skills
-
Ability to prioritize and manage time well
