Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to join our team.
Unlike many sales roles that require building a book of business from scratch, this position includes established customer accounts, recurring opportunities, and a strong reputation in the marketplace, giving you the ability to generate revenue quickly while continuing to develop new business opportunities throughout the region.

What You'll Do
- Manage and grow established commercial customer accounts
- Develop new business opportunities throughout the Puget Sound region
- Identify HVAC service, retrofit, replacement, maintenance agreement, and design-build project opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals to customers
- Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to develop solutions
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through project award
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven sales success is required
- Commercial HVAC sales experience is strongly preferred
- Candidates with successful backgrounds in roofing sales, construction sales, mechanical sales, residential HVAC sales, facilities services, or other consultative sales roles are encouraged to apply
- Design-build project experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
